I am having my support close this ticket because you are wasting EVERYONES times to try and get a story for your blog that no one even reads.

You need to opt in to register your email anyway.. that is the link on there and if it is not downloading to your computer then you have an issue not us. We have 65000+ users of this software.

2. As soon as you registered, an email was sent to you as well that contained the download link.

3. Get the facts straight before wasting peoples time. No other tickets will be responded to here. Go ahead a blast more lies on your blog too if you want, you have no readers anyway but if it makes you feel good about trying to stir up bullshit, then go for it... you will not be hearing back from us again.

It is a pity that they have decided that I wanted to waste their time; it is not that I didn’t try to download their program

I normally use Google chrome I cannot download your program.
I them used Firefox cannot download or should I say open.
Internet explorer when I downloaded the program, before I knew it there was 59 pages again no download,
I have tried 3 different browsers and still cannot down load this program.

While I would like to download their program it is impossible, yet I have no problem downloading other programs. I have offered to have a health check done on my computer; this will take a few days to arrange. I'm quite happy to give them the benefit of the doubt.

If I hadn’t let them know that I was putting the problem I was having on my blog, they wouldn’t have moved so fast. I have done nothing that they have not been able to defend.

If you can use this program please do anything that will help is worth using [until you find something better] at this stage I cannot use it
